1 pound Ground Buffalo
2 – 12 ounce bottles of Beer
1 TBSP Olive Oil
1 – 12 ounce can Tomato Paste
3 TBSP Chili Powder
1 TBSP Minced Onion
2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Ground Mustard
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Boil Buffalo in Beer and Olive Oil until it browns.
Add the other ingredients and simmer uncovered for one hour.
